Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. After 2pm orders will be shipped the next day.  We do not ship after 11am on a Saturday or anytime on a Sunday.

All our products include free, tracked postage via RM48 which aims to deliver 95% of all parcels within 2-3 working days with the remaining 5% taking a little longer, especially during peak periods.

We do offer faster postage options upon checkout namely RM24 which is a 1-2 day service, DPD next day delivery (Monday-Friday only) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day).  To guarantee next day please order before 2pm and select Next day at checkout.

Large orders that require shipping by pallet will be processed the next day and this will be arranged on an order by order basis. We will contact you to arrange pallet delivery and in all cases where a pallet is preferred, we need a contact email and phone number of the person who will be receiving the delivery.

We sometimes use recycled packaging to ship our items. This is only when the packaging is suitably strong and appropriate for the product.
